This article is very insightful on how Neurofeedback is specifically able to enhance athletic performance. When we think about athletes we tend to discuss and analyze their physical condition whereas their mental fitness is of equal, if not more, value to their overall performance. Neurofeedback training enhances concentration and attention by quieting all the noise in your head. It also reduces anxiety as well as greatly improves balance. These are all attributes of great athletes. More importantly, Neurofeedback can help rehabilitate those who have suffered from mild to severe head trauma. Athletes can now enjoy “Peak Performance” without the use of performance enhancing drugs.
